Thank you for your interest in submitting a sponsorship proposal to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS).
Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, all opportunities must be submitted via this website for consideration. HFHS only accepts proposals via this website. So that your sponsorship request reaches the appropriate party for review, and to ensure that we respond to your request in a timely manner, we have created an online proposal and submission system. All sponsorship proposals must be submitted through this website.
HFHS is committed to improving the quality of life in the communities it serves. Keeping all people well is a critical part of this, but just as important, is what we do to look at the health issues facing our community and partnering with others to prevent disease, promote good health, reduce health disparities among minority populations, and advocate on behalf of our employees, patients and their families.
HFHS will consider support of and partnership with non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organizations and programs with a primary focus in the following areas:
- Community Health, Promotion, Education and Advocacy
- Youth and Senior populations that address critical community concerns, particularly issues that impact on health
- Diversity health and healthcare in the workforce, workplace, or market place
- Civic and Business Organizations that promote good citizenship
- Arts and Culture programs that enhance appreciation for the cultural mix of southeastern Michigan
Non-supported Areas
HFHS, Community Benefit does not contribute to the following:
- Individuals
- Organizations without current IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, public charity status
- Organizations that discriminate by race, religion, color, creed, gender, age or national origin
- Endowments
- Requests for Loans
Proposals and Requests
This site has been designed to allow companies and individuals to present all opportunities in an efficient and effective manner. If you would like to submit an opportunity for our consideration, please start by entering your log-in and password or by creating a new account. To create an account, you will need to enter your email address, desired user name and password.
Once you have created your account, you will be asked to outline your opportunity in detail. Required fields in the questionnaire are denoted by a red asterisk (*). Once you have answered all required questions and provided any additional supporting information, you will have the opportunity to upload your formal proposal, including logos, photos and any other material which brings your proposal to life.
You will have the opportunity to preview your proposal as it will appear to our team. Once you are ready to submit your proposal for consideration, please click the "Submit" button. Once you have clicked submit, your proposal will move to an evaluation mode. Please note that once you click the "Submit" button, you will not be able to further edit your request.
Timing
Only proposals that have been submitted online will be considered. The review period will take approximately 30 days, after which time you will receive a response by phone or email. Please ensure you submit the proposal at least 60 days in advance of your opportunity for HFHS to consider participation.
